Researched, wrote and developed the content plan for an interactive website that encouraged people to share ideas and solutions to address the high dropout rate among young black men as an extension of the “Tavis Smiley Reports” episode, “Too Important to Fail.” Also monitored site traffic, managed responses from users, managed the site’s social media pages, edited and uploaded clips from show for the site’s homepage, and developed weekly traffic reports.
